Before I retired, I found that I woke up at the same time regardless of when I went to bed. Fortunately, I am good at napping, but it was annoying to be up so early on weekends.

My friend Amy is like that. She's had to get up by 5:30am for so many years for work that now she can rarely sleep past 6am. Unfortunately, I suck at "napping" though I excel at "laying down for a nap and then sleeping for 4+ hours". LOL

If I don't workout before work, I can't do it. So, 3:30 is it. I'm honestly surprised that I haven't had more accidents than I have. LOL
