On the health front, I am still as fat as ever, but I have made progress on all my sinus issues. Multiple visits to the specialist and a CT-scan later, I will ( Read more... )

I'm enjoying it so far. Got a bunch of things accomplished both in the apartment and on my To Do list, and doing some writing and reading. Gotta love having so much free time. :)

It's nice to see your post.
I think you're doing really well with your goals - well done!
I'm still on book 1, lol!
I hope your sinus issues are worked out soon.

Yeah, I really need to make 'normal' posts more often. Not enough time in the day, usually!

It's lovely to see you here, Sev. I'm not around much either, but at least you're hitting some of your goals. More than I can say for myself, lol. Have a great vacation!

I'm actually here all the time, just busy so updating on my life isn't a priority. Also, I'm pretty boring. LOL Hope things are going great for you, non-goal-hitting aside. :)

Wow, you've been busy!

When we moved into our first house (rental) we saw a couple roaches. I freaked, because I thought you just couldn't get rid of them, but our landlord took care of it and we were roach free. Pretty creepy though, I know!

I feel the same way about Stephen King. Used to be he was about all I read, but the last couple books I tried I didn't even finish. I'll try again.

I love how dedicated you are to your writing, that calendar is great!

I think it's different when you have a house, because you can get in an exterminator and they have no where to run, so they die. In an apartment building, unfortunately, they just dash off to another unit and then return when the spray loses its effectiveness. It's frustrating. I am trying not to freak out. I've only seen a couple and I know there are people who have it a lot worse. My property manager also seems concerned so hopefully it will work out.

King is so disappointing of late. It's not like his books aren't fine and all, it's just that they used to be GREAT.

I love my Don't Break The Chain calendar!!!! It's definitely inspiring seeing those X's go up!
