OMG I KNOW. And the coolest thing? Is that it started out as a fanvid/indie song, and then Bruce et al saw it and loved it and put it on the DVD release! WOOOOT!

Well, it's listed on the DVD. I personally haven't been able to actually *find* it, but others have... I think it just went out on the, I dunno, the Blu-Ray combo one or something. But I read about it, of course. :D

And... OOPS. I "Hmph"ed at you on IM, and then... MY INTERNET DIED. Waited for it to come back so I could log on and apologize, because that seemed so RUDE, but you were already gone. :(

Okay, first, hi! This sounds terrible but I friended you by accident. I was obsessed with your icon okay? So I clicked on it just to make it bigger and...iPhone...and I sometimes have touch screen stupidness. But I was glad it happened, fate or somesuch, so I left it that way. So if it's not okay please just let me know.

Second: ahahaha! I watched this at work, I know bad me, and now I can't breathe. And I will probably have to send it to my Boss who is a huge McClane fan and walks around muttering about 'just the fax' and having a few laughs all the time. Not that I'm gonna be sharing my fics with him any time soon or anything...gay McClane is probably grounds for dismissal.

Exactly! I totally channel Matthew in LFoDH when he's staring at the ruins of the helicopter and sputtering, You took out a helicopter!! ...but the fighter plane? Yeah.

Total ass kicker. Now he only needs to get sent overseas by the CIA to reclaim America's honor by kicking commie butt... oh, wait, wrong sequence. Kick terrorist butt! John McClane in Afghanistan! YES I AM WAITING.

Isn't it GREAT? I can't even express my glee!

...but the fighter plane? Yeah.

::nods:: Tis a bit out-there for McClane, but I'm not overly fond of the ejector-seat thing from DH2, either, so I can forgive it. And seriously, I'm not one for special effects and crashes and explosions and stuff... I mean, if I leave a movie and the first thing I think is "well, the special effects were great", it kind of means the movie sucked, ya know? But that scene where John pulls Matt down as the car crashes over them in the tunnel (see icon) literally made me gasp and cheer the first time I saw it. THAT'S freaking awesome. (And also, NOT CGI. *cheers again*)

I was cleaning my house this morning, and didn't even realize that as I was cleaning I was singing bits and pieces of the song to myself, including that part. Good thing I don't have kids around here. LOL
