Clay Aiken announced yesterday here that he and his friend Jaymes have become parents to a little boy named Parker. Wheee! I'm just a little too happy about this. There may have been squeeing and squirming in my chair. CLAYBABY! *hands out cigars

Jaymes is indeed a woman (one of his record producers) but they're just friends -- this was some kind of in vitro or artificial insemination deal. That closet door is still locked tight.

OMG ME TOO. He's going to be such a great dad. I am always really impressed and inspired by all the work he does for kids through Unicef.
