Well. I have to leave my computer turned on constantly, because of whatever-is-wrong-with-it. But now I'm getting a "computer will restart in 5 minutes" message from Windows because it upgraded or something behind the scenes

Can I ask some questions that might point you toward the problem and solution? I'm no expert on PCs, but I used to work with mainframe computers and I'm somewhat comfortable troubleshooting my own problems, so I'll give you what help I can
