I totally love The Mighty Boosh.

Like most things I find myself loving lately, it just wasn't quite love at first sight (with the exception of Iron Man. Tony Stark = ♥♥♥♥). Instead it's watching it once and going..."Okaaaay. It took me a while to warm to the Boosh. I remember seeing a few of their sketches and just thinking they were unfunny, and then... oh god. It gets more brilliant the more you watch it. Especially the live show, which I thought started a bit slowly. But oh, man. VINCE NOIR. *DIDDLYMUSIC* ELECTRO POOF.

I don't think it helped that I think my first Boosh experience was following a link on your LJ to a clip of Old Gregg. And although now I have a special love for Old Gregg, it's not exactly the sort of thing that would make most people go "Oh yeah, strange fish guy with a mangina, I TOTALLY have to watch that!"

Yeah, it seems to be something that creeps up slowly and suddenly takes you over.

I was kind of "eh" at the first two episodes, thought the third and fourth were quite funny, and by the fifth and sixth was hooked and all OMG MUST HAVE NEXT SEASON NOW!! Re-watching I'm all THE BOOSH OWNS MY SOUL. It just seems to get funnier and funnier. :P
