I see both Shin-Ra and the Turks in you, but I chose the latter because I think Shin-Ra would have too much structure. It matches up with quite a few of your preferences, too: it's a small group and I'm pretty sure you'd get close to your group-mates, and there's definitely lots of dirty fighting.
