"you're." it's spelled "you're." "your" implies ownership, as in "your writing is terrible. "you're" is a contraction of "you" and "are," as in "if you're trying to become a writer, give up, because your writing is terrible."
The sentence: "When I told Alicia, ya know, mom, she was so mad!" is the only sentence I don't think works. Just take out the "ya know", and it would work.
