Well, everyone is doing it. I didn't rank them because after the first two, you can more or less move the bottom ones around.

I love your list.

I love dramas with an older woman and a younger man.

I like those too (and the other way around) , I like my romances "forbidden", I guess. Just recently I seem to feel overloaded with over-30 jdramas, though (OMPH! Any woman MUST want a MAN! And if she is successful, even more so).

I'm not a big fan of the "Women must marry to be happy" philosophy, so I tend to block out a lot of that crap when it's on a drama. Still, Marry Me had that problem too, but I think by they end they showed that life after marriage has its problems too.

but I really don't like that trope or the teacher/student trope.

I could go either way on the teacher/student trope. It worked for me on Hello, My Teacher, but I remember seeing this jdrama with Takizawa Hideaki where he was like 17 at the time and fell in love with his teacher and I just couldn't get through it. I definitely can't stand older male teacher/younger female student dramas. That definitely gives me the creeps.

I'm so glad to see 9E2O made it onto so many people's list!

You've seen it too? Excellent! Wasn't that just the most adorable drama ever? I WANTED TO SQUISH EVERY CHARACTER TO MY BOSOM.

Well except for that baseball player. I wanted to punch him every time he ugly-cried.

LOL. HE HAD BASEBALL ANSGT, OKAY. GOD. And his noona obviously didn't love him. There was also that crazy chick after him so he had plenty of reason to cry.

-approves of your list majorly =D-

I also like dramas where the best friends fall for each other too. Usually the cliche has the girl falling for the dangerous but attractive guy, while ignoring the feelings of her best friend who is the-guy-next door-type. This always happens again. And again. AND AGAIN T_T

I just finished Love Shuffle yesterday! Oh, Matsuda Shota, why so awesome =D

Oh it's always the girl falling for the dangerous guy or the icy lawyer type. And I'm not even gonna complain because I fall for that trope too and weep TEARS OF JOY when the girl is finally able to crack the guy's icy heart. But yeah, I love it even more when the guy isn't a total prick.

Isn't Love Shuffle spectacular? You wouldn't think it reading the premise but once it gets going it's so hard to stop.
