Sarah Connor Chronicles is only 9 episodes! You probably want to do SPN first but then I'd definitely recommend that (and Dexter).

To be honest, I'm actually more likely to catch up on SCC and Dexter before SPN at this point. I was getting bored with the show, and I think the only thing that will get me loving it again is a marathon from S1 onward - and I don't have time for that right now.
