I actually have a problem with cooked tomatoes. Just a slice on a pizza is okay, because it's mixed with other things, but otherwise, having cooked tomato in my mouth can make me feel kinda nauseous.
I don't like beans, either. I've discovered that pureeing them makes a huge difference--I now make excellent chili and pasta fagioli with tons of cryto-beans.
I will happily eat your entire share of mushrooms and tomatoes.
Aww, the fact that velvet and suede make your skin crawl makes me feel very sad, because those are some of my favorite textures.
The rubberiness of mushrooms is one of the reasons why I'm not a big fan (and the raw ones you find in salads I can't deal with at all), but I'm willing to put up with it if they're pickled.
So with you on the mushrooms. I don't mind the flavour at all, but the texture, ugh. If they're chopped up small enough I can eat them in other things, but just...mushrooms, big chunks of mushrooms, on their own. NOPE.
