Weird. For some reason I couldn't get your Doctor Who link to work. Still, I was able to find the promo photos elsewhere online and -- oh wow, that's pretty much WTF in a jar, isn't it?

That article about the portrayal of women in comics was interesting (and rage-making, but with the subject matter that goes without saying). I honestly don't know how DC comics can pretend they're trying to attract a female audience while churning out crap like that. It boggles the mind.
