Most important, before I mention anything else, I officially have no more stitches left in my mouth. Theoretically, I can eat and drink anything that I want without ill effect, including drinking alcohol again. I am really looking forward to this next arc in X-Factor too. It's been one of the comics I've stuck with for a few years at least now, and I think PAD does such a good job at leaving threads and then picking them up later in a way that's always very cohesive and awesome.

I actually stopped reading Marvel series for several years, simply because I was so frustrated with the routes most of the storylines were going in. X-Factor is what convinced me to get back into reading comics, and it definitely holds a special place in my heart because of it. (Also, I've kind of 'shipped Rictor and Shatterstar since the 90s. Issue #45 therefore earned the series lots and lots of bonus points from me.)
