Well, I guess you can sort of call it a confession, right? Even though Heechul did it on Zhou Mi's behalf and probably pushed Zhou Mi to be suicidal out of embarrassment. Someone needs to tighten Heechul's lips. Though I guess there's some benefit to his rambling.
