Free v2.0

I may be "free" as ever, but that does not mean "free" from obligations, or having "free" time. Quite the opposite, really. It's funny how "free", the way I used it a few journal entries ago, can take on such a meaning. Free of obligations? Absolutely not. Free to choose among many paths, opportunities, and experiences in life? Absolutely, yes.

I would side similarly with yourself about the free time. It's an interesting distinction you make. A less motivated/busy friend and I once had a spat 'cuz she said I never stopped and smelled the flowers. I told her that's essentially all I strove to do. I suppose one could argue for both.

Nice. ;0) Yeah, I guess, for me, I'd say that stopping to smell the flowers would be an event itself, but it would be planned in between a picnic and a trip to the art museum ;-D
