The withdrawal won't be ridiculously bad... regardless, Sherlock let Victor beat the shit out of him, cut him up a lot for blood; plus, the ligature marks on his neck, redness of his sclera, etc. Sherlock is in a lot of pain anyway from the aborted asphyxiation. He's spending most of his time resting under John's strict orders. His mood is not suspect, considering everything else. If John does suspect, he hasn't said anything.

Oh my GOD, this was ridiculously hot. I love all the Victor/Sherlock dynamics, how Sherlock needs to feel like he's dying in order to feel alive.
