Perhaps you didn't notice the evolution of the new species of bunny...the citibunny. These bunnies have honed their skills to live in the urban jungles we call "cities. Crosswalks and subways pose no problem for such critters. Though sometimes its difficult to get on a bus or push the elevator button to get to their apartments. The younger ones are known for their acutely developed bar-hopping skills. A second species also evolved from the common bunny, the playboy bunny. Though in this case it was a backward step in evolution probably caused by inbreeding in Kentucky.
