It's been a very long and painful week for me , i had managed to come down sick with some sort of virual crap that my doctor has so kindly informed me *sigh * my docs a qwack as far as im concerned . anyways i've been dealing with nothing but a major headache and being tired and sore and plain crap but today i seem to be doing a little bit better
