Is prefect! Harry is so resigned but hopeful, so true, so... Harry. And he gives so much clues about himself and about them both, that I think Draco would know who the letter is from, no matter what he decides to do with it. Ok, all of us know what we want for him to do, but that's just for our imagination (and I, personally, have a wicket mind!)

Wait, I haven't seen before, TBC? YAY!!

And about the photo, isn't he cute enough in it to eat with an spoon?
