Thanks. I was pleased when I was given that prompt to work with. I agree that it provides the opportunity to take a good look at the rivalry between the boys, after Harry finally has a chance to see Draco as human - not just his enemy. :)

The dialogue was perfect. Dead on what I wished for them to say after the Sectumsempra incident.

I will admit to being disappointed in Harry for not doing or at least saying something to Draco after that. Sure, he would have been risking a hexing, but still ... he should have explained himself.

He knew he might get hexed for it come morning, but Harry couldn't bring himself to care. He pulled a chair up beside Draco's bed. After all, he wasn't a Gryffindor for nothing.

I like to think that even if Draco freaks out when he wakes up, that eventually it'll all work out. *is hopeful*

That was so sweet, I love how Harry doesn't wait for Draco to thrash before holding his hand. :) And I really, really hope he doesn't get Hexed in the morning! *g*

Oh, yay! I'm so glad you enjoyed it.

Even though his friends might have a problem with his decision, I think his immediate worry is how Draco will react if he wakes up with Harry there. *frets*
