Once a Slytherin, always a Slytherin! :D
I'm just happy that Harry wasn't too upset!

*giggles*

Draco has many Fred and George references in his back pocket, just in case. He didn't harm anyone, really ... more like a practical joke worthy of WWW. *nods*

I think Draco and I are on the same page regarding the crap that passes for art (especially that "painted" by dogs, elephants, chimps and babies)and the gullible fools that get worked up over it:)
Loved this:)

Oh, I was totally having Draco channel my wtf thoughts about that type of 'art' ... I recall the dog 'paintings' being on the news, and just rolling my eyes at the people that bought them. Some days I'm tempted to have my kids slap some paint on canvas and name it something obscure to get people 'thinking'!

Thanks. :)

A woman in England did that a couple of years ago. She entered her very young child's "art" in a competition and it did very well (might have won, I think). Then she revealed the "artist"...and they were taken aback, but recovered quickly and insisted the child was a prodigy!!?!! What gets me more than the crap pased off as art is the pretentious twits who rave about it and imply that anyone who dislikes it (which is anyone with a modicum of taste) is a Philistine.

Yeah ... I was hoping that came across here, that they were being a bit pretentious (with it touching the soul).

I find the same sometimes when people analyse a book or poem and say, "This is what the author means" when it's not that obvious. My son gave me an example from his English teacher, and my reaction was, "Wha?" Even after pondering it for a while, I totally could not get whatever the hell it was she seemed to think the author meant. And I consider myself pretty good at English.

I told him he could bring something of mine in for her to analyse, and then I could tell him if I REALLY meant that or not. He got a maniacal look on his face (he hates English, and isn't all that impressed with his current teacher). Heh.

*Mwahahaha* Draco is so evil, the poor muggles! ^_^ And of course Harry knew who to point the finger at!

The crowd disbursed almost immediately. - Did you mean dispersed? Disburse is to pay out, disperse to scatter.

Heh.

Yes, I did. In fact, I looked at it when I read through it. Then again. And another time for good measure, thinking, "There's something not right about that." But I had a nattering teen in the background distracting me, which required I stop what I was doing. Later, in my tired state, I ended up forgetting that I meant to do something about it and I posted it. *headdesk* Thanks. *giggles* - I suppose they could have all started paying money to Draco for his trouble, but yeah ... I meant dispersed.
