It's also really nice over tagliatelli (but maybe becasue I add more soured cream so my sauce is creamier)

My Stroganoff recipe is also a conflation of several different ones. XD Something else to try: add a tablespoon of tomato paste. Yummage.

(Unless you dislike tomatoey-ness, in which case ignore this. XD)

No, I adore tomatoey-ness. That would actually work very will given that tomato is tasty with, oh, every single other thing in the recipe! :D I shall have to try it. Thanks!
