One of my fave recipes you make :D I make it for dessert at work on occasion, minus the nuts and citrus (because nuts don't belong in baked goods and there's never actually any citrus on hand to zest.)

I almost never use citrus zest because, well, what do you do with the rest of the citrus fruit after? An orange I'll gladly eat, but lemons and limes are too bitter for me to eat that way. Unless you slice them up for drinks or make something else that requires them at the same time.

I feel that way about recipes that only use egg whites, or egg yolks, but not both. Seriously, recipes? I might occasionally buy those carton egg whites for special occasion desserts, but those are damned pricey, IMO.
