I am boggled as to how he won that case. Did witnesses report that the customer struck first or something?

I don't even know how he won. Really sympathetic judge/jury who spent too long working CS? I mean, obviously they're both wrong, but - who hasn't dreamed of punching a customer?

I think we all need to remember that this happened in Australia. If TV and Russell Crowe have taught me anything, it's that they love two things: fighting and fighting 'round the world.
