So Brain posted the the ooc list that he wants to rewrite rules for Hedge Magic and was greeted with a negative response. No large surprise. There are already rules in place for PC with rare powers they are called R and U rules never mind the fact that most of the people on that list glossed over that. Hedge magic is rare I dont care who you are

I've used Hedge Magic and even in the game it was designed for it broke everything.
