They are called patterns. I downloaded a bunch of them from here, and modified them in Photoshop. You realize I had this background even with the old layout?

I remember! But wasn't your layout slightly different, alignment wise?

ahha cool. Thanks by the way. Because, there is a kind of wallpaper that looks like your background..but is more of a navy blue. I want to do my room in it but, I can't find it anywhere or know a specific name.

The alignment is different. Under modify journal, I changed it to the S2 style and used Tranquility II instead of Generator. Then I modified things accordingly.
