[There's a lovely view of Cianwood City aside from the rain and horrible wind, and a very angry voice from behind the camera.]

What is the meaning of this? Where am I? What's going on? This had better not be a trap! If any of you are responsible, you will pay!

Possibly~ It seems a few people staying at the center have gone missing. I wonder if it mean they will end up in the same area as you.

Even if the rain doesn' stop them, the police put barricades all around the city and are patrolling the area.

Still, this situation is worrying. It's far beyond what I'd expect from Team Rocket. So who could be behind this?
