Las Rozas Reunited(or should I say...Sernando?)

Aug 31, 2010 10:23

Thats right, The Spain National team is back together again. Including our little bundle of joy(s), Sernando.
Despite Roy Hodgson's(Liverpool Manager) concerns about Fernando not physically fit for the game, he'll be training(flirting), and playing along side his lover again(As far as I know).

I am always thankful that Nando doesn't dress that badly. Just normal boy badly. lol

If Roy feels confident enough in Nando's health to have him starting and leaving him out then I think he's fine to play for Spain. I doubt he'll be out all match long, and he actually has backup on the NT.

Oh hai mini rant.

I agree. I feel like maybe he's only unfit to play for Liverpool matches because him and Gerrard are the ones carrying the team so there's too much pressure on him. As for when he's playing with the national team the whole team is just as good as eachother so there's never really too much pressure on one player. He's probably just saying that to disencourage them putting him on for too long so he can avoid injury.

Roy has to be, but the guys at the Spainsh NT know Nando, and his body a lot better.

Last year when I first started watching I was amazed they just stuck him up there all alone. No help, nothing. No wonder he's always hurt, he's the only target and he gets a lot of dirty tackles. Fernando is an amazing striker, but that doesn't mean he doesn't need help and protection.
