does anyone in our tampa area know of a good place for a haircut...at reasonable expense...and can handle this welsh mane of curls i've developed

I guess it all depends on what you consider reasonable. I go to Studio 510, which is pretty busy usually. South Howard. I pay $30-$35, but it looks good every time. No half-steppin'. I prefer to pay to have a decent cut than look like one of those Brad Johnson SuperCuts commercials.
You could try to call and ask if anyone has an opening tomorrow. It's doubtful, but you never know.
Or I can shave your head with clippers before the game on Sunday. Tee hee.
i've been banned from head shaving as an option!....but i'm afraid of the supercuts scariness myself!...i will definetley look into studio 510 in the future...i've only heard great things and that is reasonable to me if it's a sure thing every time!...thanks hoss!
I concur with maladr1n. Studio 510 is the way to go. Of course I'll recommend Analisa... she's great, but I've never seen a bad cut come out of there. Always think ahead and make an appointment weeks in advance... especially for an evening or weekend cut. The scalp massage is worth the price!
