If you haven't turned in your summary + draft already, please do so before 11:59 PST on July 15th. I'm sorry to say that I'll have to drop out. I've started the story, but am no where near finishing it. Thanks for the opportunity to participate. Maybe next time.

Is there a way that I can get an extension? I'm at 1,500 and I'm signed up for a Big Bang but I recently started a new job and haven't had a chance to write. I'm supposed to have the next week off so hopefully I'll be able to come up with something by the 22nd. Hopefully I'll have enough written that at least I could switch to a mini bang if necessary.

If I can have the summary/info by tomorrow at 11:59 PM PST, then yes. The summary/info for the story is a huge deal breaker, as I need those for the artist claim post, which goes up on Friday!

I have a tentative summary but how about I try and get the rough draft into you by midnight Thursday night instead. That way we'll both know for certain that I can get it done (because to be honest I'm not sure if I have enough time either). If I have 5,000 words then I'm still in the Big Bang, if I have 3,000 then I'll switch to a mini and if I don't have either, then I'll drop out all together. Is that okay?

I really need the summary. If you can send the tenative one before 11:59 PST on July 15th, I'll have a placeholder in for you, and then you can decide by midnight Thursday night what you want to do. It just helps me out, really.
