Chocolate Fudge Cake

I've posted this in a few other threads. This cake is very rich. If made as the layer cake the directions call for, make sure you make very small slices. I've been known to make it in brownie pans instead, making it easier to cut small squares. Portion control is a must!

That sounds gorgeous. :-) However, it's something I wouldn't make unless I had quite a lot of other people to share it with!

I make it rarely, usually to bring to a function. It does freeze really well though. :)

1. Sure!
2. I haven't tested it yet, but I think so. I bought a bag of Splenda for cooking, and it looked to me that it was actually a mix of Splenda and sugar. I think the sugar substitutes tend not to cook in the same fashion as sugar, but Splenda should be closer then most.
