I keep saying I'm going to get away from the dark angsty stuff, but um, maybe later.

The overwhelming inevitability of Clark's life often causes him a lot pain and turmoil, more than he'll let himself express even.

It's painful but beautiful.
I think few people really realize how incredibly hard Clark's life is. You've captured some of its drama and how beautiful, even in pain, Clark is. Wonderfully done!

Thanks Carol. That really was the general point - It's not easy being a man with a huge destiny on his shoulders. Although he handles it exquisitely, I always feel for him.

Heh. No, it's fine, it's supposed to be hot as well as painful. I think it would be impossible to make any artwork with Clark/Tom and not have it be hot.
