I don't remember where I saw the possession tat inbetween the wings before, so I can't give credit where credit is due, but Cas with inked wings was a way of saying goodbye to heaven--I imagine Endverse!Cas might have some. Drugs, orgies, what's a bit of tattooing here and there?
