I seem to be embarking upon a cleanse. Juice feast. Whatever. Because I am lazy and delicate I am having "them" do all the work--premixed juices will show up on my doorstep each morning. One thought about the wheat: is the desire to avoid overprocessed foods, or to avoid glutens? Because if it's the later, you need to avoid more than just wheat, also rye, barley, oats, spelt, maybe amaranth too? I can't recall, I just remember it was a long ass list.

but I'm pretty sure quinoa is a-okay. I've been digging quinoa flakes for breakfast lately made like oatmeal. I make with soy milk , I'm not sure if that works on the gluten free, and almonds & dried cranberries. yum!

Wheat's something a couple of people have mentioned--I don't have anything backing it up. I have a week's more research to do, about.

I may just end up eating right off of Whole Food's shelves for a while.

I found this on glutons - Q. I suffered from migraine headaches for more than 10 years. I saw several neurologists, but my intense headaches forced me to take early retirement. In the fall of 2002, I went from 3 headaches a week to almost non-stop. That November, I had only 3 days without headaches. I took migraine meds like Frova, Maxalt and Imitrex, but I mostly lay in bed in a dark room ( ... )
