I think you should be proud that you tried to have a relationship with your "egg donor". It didn't work out. You did what you could. You've given her more chances than I think she was worth. Its not failure if you cut contact. It would be healthier for you if just pretend she no longer exists. She had her chance and more to have a relationship with you. As far as I can see, the only worthwhile thing she ever did was to have you.

its not really failure i'm afraid of. i think the reason i dont cut contact with her is quite simply because i'm afraid she will change, she will stop acting this way, and it will be too late, ive cut her out of my life and then we go however many years before she passes away that we could have had a pleasant friendship.

I guess you have to look at whether or not the possibility of friendship is worth the pain of getting burned over and over again. You are an eternal optimist when it comes to there being good in other people. I love that about you, but sometimes the good is buried so deep under so much shit that it would take a construction crew and a million dump trucks to find it.

yes but you forget, i'm usually good at finding it. i've befriended satanic-nazis, Fundamental Christians and all sorts of dark and otherwise people that most would write off as trouble. i like finding that good in them, and being able to show it to them. as if to say, i dont care what other people think, i dont care if everyone else has written you off. you ARE a good person because of ___. no matter how dark, how evil, how vile that person is, they get a look in their eyes, maybe just for a second, when they realize that not everyone has given up on them.

Dood, Amazon would be much more epic of a meaning for 'A' in my id. it started out as a christian thing. the lords army. when i converted i was lazy and didnt want to change my email (tla_7) just because it used to mean something else. so i picked up the little asatruar, since most Asatruars are big and tough. ;)

But amazon gives me a funny mental imagine of a Chibi Amazon. that is so awesome. XD
