today i am going on a fast. for a month. wish me luck. ill need the support. this is going to be hard. but i can do this. i know i can be skinny. i need to be skinny.
HEY UM I DON'T THINK I'LL BE ON AIM UNTIL SUNDAY. I'VE BEEN DOING WELL. TODAY I BINGED A BIT ON CEREAL, BUT I PURGED AND TOOK LAXATIVES. UMM I'VE HAD AN APPLE AT 11:00 AND AT 4:30 10 CUCUMBERSLICES, 1 CELERY STOCK, 5 CARROTS, 5 PICKLES AND ONE SMALL POTATOE. ( VERY SMALL CUZ THEY HAVE BIG CARBS TO ) AND 2 BOTTLES OF WATER. I HOPE EVERYTHING IS KICKIN FOR YOU. HOW DO U AVOID GOING OVERBOARD IF AT ALL????? LOTS OF LOVE<3333 WE ARE-FRAGILE FRAMES

i had a pear for breakfast
a few strawberries for lunch
and an apple
i ate a bit of dinner but purged it.
i also drank like 5 bottles of water.
u just have to distract urself. u can eat if u purge it so if u get rly hungry u can eat something and then purge it.

hows the fast going?
today i ate nothing till 12.
at 12 i ate liek 10 cucumber slices and liek 5 carrots.
and a big glass of water.
i feel so full and bloated now.
im happy.
