Today, I have mostly been going the Tush Push around the hallowed office walls of the Olde Law firm. Woot! 'One, two, three, four / Let me hear you scream if you want some more / Like uhh, push it, push it.....' I just can't get Mason/Princess Superstar out of my head.

They are quite freaky, I couldn't wear them. I couldn't even get throught the night without my Bindi falling into my cider, let alone with that sort of hardware.

So it's not really like this in proper Gymns? Gaaah! I was hoping this sort of shenanigan would help me weight up the merits of LA Fitness v Virgin Active ;-)
