Ah, this is so great! I love this Mirror Garak: poised and strategic and taken aback by unfamiliar feelings. The way he played Odo, then Telok, was perfection.

Every turn of this story reminded me of the original, yet had me on edge for what would come next. I am IN, baby. Can't wait to see how this unfolds!

Yay, I'm so happy you like it! Mirror!Garak is a lot of fun to write. Lol, I figured that Garak's so morally ambiguous that an "evil" version of him would probably be pretty much the same as the "good" version, only extra ruthless. Glad you're looking forward to the rest - I'm certainly looking forward to posting it!

Oh wow! I am impressed by your writing style, you obviously have a very good grasp of storytelling, and I like your portrayal of mirrorverse Garak a lot. Not too pathetic (onscreen he often seems like someone too caught up in petty power struggles) because he's still quite clever and manipulative. And now he's got his own separate agenda.
