AO3 up and running

So I finally got my fics up at AO3. Not all of them - some of my earlier stuff makes me wince, frankly, and I'm not letting them out of their LJ cages, thanks. But all the stuff I like is there.

My AO3 archiveZeke has calmed down, thank the goddess, though now he's withdrawn instead of angry. I figure if I just play Salt Lick and sit quietly

I just looked again and somebody over there said And Its Cold Embrace is the best Penny Dreadful fanwork they've come across. SQUEEEE.

I'm so stupidly dependent on people liking my stuff, it's pathetic. I'm sure it has to do with that fucking trauma I suffered when I was six months old. Sheesh.

The reward for writing and posting is... comments and reviews! Trust me, we all squeee and squeal when someone reads and comments to our stuff.

It's a great thing to hear. And very gratifying.

But the real irony? Out of all my fics, after two days the one to get the most hits - 144 so far - is that Hawaii Five-0 thing I wrote. A one-off in a fandom I was in for a little over a month, and that's the one getting the lion's share of attention. Either it's a very active fandom, or that ficlet is a LOT better than I thought, LOL.
