I don't think I've entered and exited a fandom as quickly as that, like, ever. The combination of "the last thing he did that I liked was half a decade ago" with "don't say a goddamn thing that can be construed to be the tiniest bit critical" just chapped my ass. Oh no, it's those unwritten rules that get you. That's why it kinda comes off like a trap. Oy. Some people just love to wring their hands, I guess. Interesting lesson, though in what exactly I'm not sure.

I'm still bitter about how awful Glee fandom turned out to be.

Alex O'Loughlin. I got heavily into him a couple of months ago. But this experience soured him for me, unfortunately. 'Sokay, now I have another hot and gorgeous guy to take my mind off the whole thing.
