Oh, the Muslims burned books too. The last time the library at Alexandria was destroyed the scrolls were used to heat the baths for the soldiers who'd just conquered the place. I forget which General ordered it, but it was under the same moronic principle of "All of this is either in my holy book or it isn't, if it is it's repetitive and if it isn't it's blasphemy..." that the Christians used.

Good thing religions aren't all made up of identical people is what I say. We'd never save anything otherwise.
