Oh, I also would like some kind of Gibbs/Tony scene in the near future. They almost got there when Gibbs took him with to the auto place. Not quite, but almost.

- The reappearance of bathroom!guy.

I missed this, when did he show up before?

Plotwise, I gotta agree with you, this episode was a yawn. But that's not what the point of the episode was, so I forgive it as well.

LOVED the line when Tony makes fun of Tim's technobabble, betting the $20 that he won't make sense and then smiling when he's right.

Definately not enough Tony/Gibbs. Some good looks between the two, but that's not enough.

Personally, I didn't like the Ziva/Tony interaction. I always find Ziva a little forced.

- The ending. Honestly, everything about the ending, from McGee lighting the fire for Tony to Tony huddling up beside it to the gorgeously rendered choice between his two families: the real and the potential. I always get ridiculously warm and fuzzy over team!love

May I also say, your not really written hypothetical 550 words sounds absolutely hilarious, especially regarding Tony's almost Princess Bride line? I do hope to see this one day. :P

I'm in total agreement. The team moments in this episode were love, and that whole last scene-- so well done. ♥

Though I was kind of worried about how old that jelly donut was...

Totally with you on pretty much everything. Especially the dentist appointment bit. Lovely how Gibbs has gotten him trained so that he just has to look at Tony to make him sit back down and get back to work.
The Team!Love made me a happy camper for the rest of the night(and Tony getting caught in the sprinklers twice? Absolute win and awesome).

(The Iliad? Seriously? *is waay too interested*)
