FIC: Unexpected (Gibbs, Tony, Victorian)

A very short story set earlier in the Victorian 'Verse, about how Anthony and Gibbs set up house together. The original version revolved much more around tea, and was called "Too Much Sugar." It is still possible that there is too much sugar in this story, though, and diabetes may result from reading it.
