Poor Timmy, even in this world Tony keeps him off kilter and Gibbs intimidates him without even saying a word.

Although he did still get to get drunk and spend the night with Abby--admittedly not as much as he would like, but still, he's doing all right for himself. :-)

Leroy Jethro Gibbs has no sympathy for anyone else's hangover. He probably doesn't get them himself--I wouldn't be surprised, would you?

Oh my goodness, Anthony worrying about his jacket being cut up. Now when else has Tony been in mortal peril and concerned more about the fate of his expensive clothes. Hmm. Let me think about that.

If you're talking about SWAK--and, knowing you, I'm very sure you are :-)--I just realized that you're totally right. Which means that I wrote Tony in-character entirely on accident. Which is weird. But, obviously, a great catch on your part!
