Well, I'd never written a humiliation story. I was *trying* to write hatesex, as I said, and I decided Godric has forced them (how else?) And then this particular act sprung to mind, and off we went...

Godric forcing Eric to submit to him like this, IN FRONT of Stan, AND then ... the part that kills me: talking business over Eric's head while he does it?!? Like, totally indifferent? That last bit. Kinks are weird. I thought of that and I thought: oh. my. god.

I can't really get into the hate sex so much, I mean I'm sure I could..okay..I totally would in the right circumstance, but with Eric and Stan I just can't picture it doing much for me personally.

HOWEVER. Having Stan as the awkward observer...hot. Plus, I sort of always feel a little bad for Stan, he's so amazingly ridiculous and awesome in his own cowboy way. Is that so wrong?

Stan is great as an awkward prop, but every time I try to sex him it's a total fail. Clearly, though, the idea appeals to a lot of other people.

I love Eric as much as the next fangirl, but sometimes it's nice to see the haughty one (and yes, Eric can be very very haughty) get UTTERLY HUMILIATED.

I think it's completely plausible that Eric and Stan would not get along--too much testosterone and alpha male-ness.

Ah, the research. The work I do for my stories... purely for academic purposes, of course. Although it's a labor of love. As I said above, the idea of Godric doing this to Eric in front of Stan, and then TALKING BUSINESS with Stan over Eric's head -- that struck me as incredibly hot, that last bit. Odd.

The Stan/Eric fuckery: that's all over the kink meme, and it doesn't do much for me, really, but I totally get it for the reasons you cite. You know they'd hate each other.
