ah, he's a handsome guy! congrats on your wedding!
ty started kindergarten today! he loves school and was glad to be back (he did young 5s last year). they are getting old huh?!
ty's the oldest of four o.O i had another baby in march. ty is 6 on the 14th, will is 4, anna lou is 2, and sammy is 6 months on the 13th. it's the 'new every two' plan lol! it's chaotic but on the plus side i only have one in diapers. so that's good.. right?! no more for us. no way. my husband got the snip for my birthday last october ;).
Congratulations! My husband and I got married shortly after our 2005 baby was born... justice of the peace, though we plan the BIG WEDDING one day. I have the dress, just need to stop having babies so I can actually wear it! :-)
Like jodirenee, we're on Baby #4 (currently cooking, due in December). Lorelai has a 4-year old younger sister and a 2.5 year-old younger brother, to be joined soon by another brother. We're also on the 'new every two' plan... 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011 (barely made it!). ;-)
Lorelai started kindergarten this year. With these September birthdays, our September babies are getting a bit of a late start, but hopefully it will give them a leg up, with that extra year of learning!
I know! I want to do the same thing. Sometimes I just want to reply with the word 'Like.' That way people know I'm reading, even if I don't have three paragraphs to share, you know?
Connor starts on the 13th. Here kindergarten starts a bit after everyone else. (Philadelphia, PA)
We just missed our cutoff date by a few days, though I see no problem with having him be a bit older. There's more benefit to it than him being a bit younger. Especially in elementary school. In middle and high school it will be less of a difference.
Zoe will be 6 on Thursday! We started her in kindergarten last year, so she's kicking butt in first grade right now. Her vocabulary blows my mind and in her 3rd quarter report last year she was at a 3rd grade reading level already.
I had my IUD out last year. We're "not trying, not preventing" right now, but I'd like another soon.
Teddy just had his birthday Friday, six oh my! He's my baby and always will be. I started him in kindergarten this year. He made the cut off for last year but I thought he was too young. Besides the research shows that the children on the cut off time like ours do better in life when you wait a year, though it seems we have some exceptions to those rules. It sucks as a teacher seeing those kiddos struggle just because they weren't ready. here's a picture of Ted he should have been an 80s kid, he's pretending he's She-Ra

Connor is really excited to be starting school. :D
We want four babies. After the next one we'll probably try for one every few years.
