I don't know how you do it. But each time you write these long-epic-like fics with Hibari I almost always find myself kind of "durrrr" at my computer screen. So in character, so in character.... ::weeps from the sheer gloriousness of it all::

...I think that's the first time I ever liked smut in a fic. So before I say anything else: wow, this is a pretty fulfilling feeling. So fulfilling I must comment.

Anyway. DUDE YES WHAT?! Kusakabe/Hibari and Romario/Dino, those are the two pairings I always shout about like, come on, why can't people explore loyalty a little more? They do it with Gokudera/Tsuna, why not with the full-fledged, time-tested loyalty? After years and years of sticking with someone, ever subservient, how do the personal aspects become entwined? So I started writing a Romario/Dino fic, and to see this pop up in the meanwhile -- not only was it validating, but -- you did it so well, like everyone said, it was IC, thank you thank you for not mutilating Hibari because I think it's easy to do -- instead, with the length of this fic came tons of... really awesome moments, so spot-on and -- really, really great. :) Thank you thank you!
