No, Dexter Morgan didn't kill his father.
But I have a Dexter Morgan (if you don't know who this is, google it...) sim in my Sims 3, and he's able to kill people.
So, to test him out I took him to the gym and said "whoever walks through that door next he's gonna kill.

HARRY MASON WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR.

So...Dexter killed Harry.

I was just like "FFFF- WHY DID HARRY HAVE TO WALK IN"
...So I saved first and then killed him, and then restarted my game. Harry's still alive. xD
