(I love salmon in every possible way of cooking. Sashimi, lox, seared, baked, fried - even if you char it to a crisp I'll eat it. Anyone who likes salmon and can cook salmon is my friend, Godwin's law notwithstanding.) XD

(Haha, same here, though I've never heard of "lox", what is that? Ehehehe... Baked the salmon, and will try frying it in a particular way that my mother used to do it when she was alive. It. Was. Heavenly. *g*)

Lox = cured salmon. As with smoked salmon (which is basically lox with an extra smoking process), people usually put it on bagels with cream cheese.

Also, I am of the opinion that mothers make the best salmon because of the extra love they put into it. :)
