A few inhabitants have already tried to address the first issue, but were mostly ignored. If anything, we should hope for the future "council" to succeed.

As for the health care system... The clinic could always use an extra hand.

Exactly, but people have been ... giving up. They don't think they can do anything, and refuse to listen to anyone that says otherwise.

It's on the lower East side of the village. It's hard to miss. It's got two floors, and kinda says clinic in big, bold letters on the front.
